These Terms & Conditions govern your use of millingtonbaby.co.uk and any purchase you make from us. Please read them carefully. By placing an order you agree to these terms. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.

3. Orders & contract formation

All orders are an offer to buy and are subject to acceptance and stock availability. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order after payment, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

4. Pricing & currency

Prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP, £) and include applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery is free, so the price you see is the price you pay. We work hard to keep prices accurate but reserve the right to correct errors; if a pricing error affects your order we will contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Payment

We accept payment via PayPal (including major credit/debit cards through PayPal). Your payment method is charged when you place your order. See our Billing Policy for details.

6. Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all orders to mainland UK. Estimated timescales are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Cancellation, returns & refunds

You have the right to cancel and return most items — we offer free 30-day returns, which extend your statutory rights. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.

8. Faulty goods & warranty

All products are brand new, genuine and covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Your rights for faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are set out in our Warranty & Replacement policy.

9. Acceptable use & intellectual property

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. All content — text, images, logos and design — is owned by us or our suppliers and may not be copied or reused without permission. Product images and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable or that arise from your misuse of a product contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

11. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (for example extreme weather, carrier disruption or supply shortages), but we will keep you informed and work to minimise any impact.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England & Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you retain the protection of your local mandatory laws.
