Payment Authorisation

By placing an order you authorise MILLINGTON TRADINGS LTD (trading as Millington Baby) to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including any applicable taxes.

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. If we are unable to fulfil an order after payment, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Pricing Accuracy

We take care to display accurate prices. In the rare event of a pricing error, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Failed or Declined Payments

Orders are only processed once payment is successfully authorised. If a payment is declined the order will not be dispatched.

Chargebacks & Fraud

We work with our payment providers to prevent fraud. Suspicious orders may be cancelled and refunded. For any billing dispute, please contact us first at welcome@millingtonbaby.co.uk so we can help.
