Is delivery really free?

Yes — we offer free standard delivery on every order to mainland UK, with no minimum spend.

How long will my order take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and standard delivery takes 2–4 business days from dispatch. Large items may take 3–5 business days via a specialist courier.

Can I return something?

Absolutely. You have 30 days from receipt to return most items, and returns are free. See our Returns & Refunds policy.

Yes. Millington Baby is an authorised retailer and every product is brand new, genuine and covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

How do I track my order?
