Free 30-Day Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return most items within 30 days of the date you receive your order for a full refund — and returns are completely free.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email welcome@millingtonbaby.co.uk with your order number to start a return.
  2. We email you a free prepaid returns label (or arrange a free collection for large items).
  3. Repackage the item and drop it off or hand it to the courier — you pay nothing.

Return Cost

Free. Millington Baby covers all return postage.

Refund Method & Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the full amount to your original payment method within 14 days (usually much sooner). We will email you to confirm.

Condition & Exceptions

Items should be unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g. opened feeding or bath products) cannot be returned once opened unless they are faulty. Faulty or damaged items are always covered — see our Warranty & Replacement policy.

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which give you a minimum 14-day cancellation period — we extend this to 30 days.
