Is delivery really free?

Yes — we offer free standard delivery on every order to mainland UK, with no minimum spend.

How long will my order take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and standard delivery takes 2–4 business days from dispatch. Large items may take 3–5 business days via a specialist courier.

Can I return something?

Absolutely. You have 30 days from receipt to return most items, and returns are free. See our Returns & Refunds policy.

Are your products genuine?

Yes. Millington Baby is an authorised retailer and every product is brand new, genuine and covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also view orders in My Account.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal balance or any major credit/debit card through PayPal’s secure checkout — no PayPal account needed.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to amend or cancel it. Once dispatched, you can use our free 30-day returns instead.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands?

Yes — we deliver across the UK. A few large or bulky items to remote areas may take a little longer; we will let you know if so.

Do you offer gift receipts or gift wrapping?

We can include a gift note and send a receipt without prices on request — just add a note at checkout or email us.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

If something becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you with the option to wait, swap, or receive a full refund.
